Provides technical and business support for Citi applications, maintaining production systems and operating environments. Monitors applications, performs risk reconciliations, resolves incidents, manages releases, documents procedures, and improves stability, efficiency, and effectiveness. Manages CitiDirect, CitiConnect, onboarding, data, and AI offerings; partners with sales and client teams on go-to-market execution; represents client needs; oversees product delivery, enhancements, regulatory compliance, risk, and industry engagement.

Lead application support for Digital Custody Assets, manage incidents and outages, coordinate disaster recovery and resiliency tests, drive process improvements, enforce onboarding and non-functional standards, provide technical guidance to development, and manage a team of support engineers while partnering across technology and business stakeholders.

Lead technical strategy and end-to-end product development for complex financial instruments (OTC derivatives, exchange-traded derivatives, portfolio swaps). Define architecture and roadmaps, translate business needs into technical designs, manage delivery and controls, mentor a development team, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure regulatory, risk, and operational compliance.

Provide senior legal counsel and strategic guidance to Markets Legal Contract Management, lead complex negotiations across China, Hong Kong and Australia, manage legal/regulatory risk, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and support business planning while ensuring compliance and ethical standards.

Lead the instant payments product for Australia and New Zealand, driving strategy, roadmap, P&L, product delivery, client engagement, regulatory compliance, and payments transformation initiatives.

Lead production support and SRE for Citi's digital asset platforms, owning incident management, observability, troubleshooting, and automation. Partner with product and engineering teams to diagnose root causes, implement scalable fixes, manage risks, and mentor junior engineers to improve platform reliability and performance across blockchain-connected systems.

The Senior Application Programmer will establish and implement application systems, manage SDLC processes, and develop technical solutions while ensuring compliance with Citigroup policies.
