Lead end-to-end experience design from discovery to delivery: frame problems, run research and testing, create journeys, prototypes and detailed responsive designs, use Figma and design systems, apply accessible design (WCAG), use AI responsibly in workflows, facilitate workshops, collaborate with product, engineering and stakeholders, coach other designers and contribute to proposals.

Lead end-to-end customer value for a CCaaS platform: shape pre-sales solutions, drive onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion, build success frameworks and teams, define ROI/TCO, oversee executive relationships and champion AI-driven contact centre optimisation.
