Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams. Responsibilities include governance, project planning, budgets, scope, risk, resourcing, reporting, stakeholder and client management, agile coaching, vendor evaluation, change control, presales support, process improvement, and management of Project Management team members. The role requires strong delivery leadership across ambiguous, enterprise engagements and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end customer value for a CCaaS platform: shape pre-sales solutions, drive onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion, build success frameworks and teams, define ROI/TCO, oversee executive relationships and champion AI-driven contact centre optimisation.

Produces and distributes daily, ad hoc, trending, and summary reports. Analyzes reporting data, responds to client inquiries, consults with business leaders, develops and maintains reporting processes, and improves reports using new data sources. Coordinates with project managers, verifies electronic reports, manages production schedules, and supports reporting solutions aligned with customer business goals.
