I LOVE being in sales at HiBob. My team is creative, supportive and my manager challenges me to grow. The product is incredible and I can rest assured that once sold, customers will have a wonderful experience with implementation and service.

When I participate in HeartCore HR, our customer community, listening to the discussions customers have with each other, about the challenges they solve with Bob, our HCM platform, and watching them support EACH OTHER, my career satisfaction zooms!

On my team, I encourage an enthusiastically skeptical mindset, by cheering on unfiltered feedback about a situation while maintaining an open mind to change and innovation. We frequently measure the level of risk that “trying” entails and quickly decide on experimenting something.
