As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and deliver scalable software, lead complex technical projects, and ensure quality code while mentoring junior engineers.

Support and improve SMSF operational processes including onboarding, rollovers, account maintenance and compliance. Use SQL/BigQuery to analyze operational data, identify automation opportunities (AI/LLMs), strengthen controls, create documentation and partner across Product, Finance, Compliance and Customer Success to improve customer experience and scalability.

Own SMSF quality reviews and assurance frameworks to ensure accurate financial reports, tax returns, minutes and audit correspondence. Drive process and system improvements, ensure timely compliant lodgements, provide technical escalation on complex SMSF/tax matters, coach and upskill the team, and translate regulatory change into operational actions to maintain high-quality SMSF outcomes.
