Manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain for Australia and New Zealand: ensure import/export compliance, liaise with customs brokers, optimise domestic transport and inventory, monitor shipments and freight costs, support store replenishment and seasonal launches, maintain records, analyse logistics KPIs, and support special projects and process improvements.

Lead sales and expense analysis, forecasting and budgeting for the ANZ market. Partner with stores and functions on budget management, cost-saving initiatives, and provide market sizing, new store P&L and competitor analysis. Drive finance process improvements, reporting, and support system rollouts and ad hoc financial requests.

As a Client Advisor, you will provide personalized customer service, increase sales performance, and build strong client relationships in the luxury retail environment.
