Conduct discovery calls, recommend packages, convert leads, coordinate venues and suppliers, maintain CRM records, manage follow-ups, and build strong client and partner relationships. Performance is measured by consultation bookings, conversion, sales revenue, pipeline accuracy, response quality, and client satisfaction.

Manage client enquiries, sales conversion, bookings, and relationships across weddings, honeymoons, luxury travel, and events. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, recommending packages, coordinating venues and suppliers, maintaining CRM records, managing follow-ups, supporting consultations, and representing the business at events. Performance is measured by lead response quality, consultation bookings, conversion, revenue, client satisfaction, and pipeline accuracy.

Sell luxury destination wedding, honeymoon, anniversary, and group travel packages. Manage enquiries through CRM and social channels, qualify clients, create tailored journeys, coordinate with suppliers and destination management companies, and convert leads into bookings while meeting sales targets. The role also manages guest room blocks, experiences, insurance, and repeat-client relationships. It is full-time, on-site, and includes rotating weekend and public-holiday coverage.
