 Our Story
PropertyMe is a leading cloud-based real estate software, helping property managers and agencies run their business more efficiently.
As Commercial Manager for PropertyMe's App Marketplace, you'll own the commercial performance and day-to-day management of our Marketplace ecosystem. You'll build and grow relationships with existing marketplace members, identify and recruit new members to expand the Marketplace, act as the senior escalation point for member and customer issues Support can't resolve, and lead contract negotiations and commercial terms.
You'll also assist product management functions for the Marketplace API feature set — working closely with Product, Engineering, Support and Marketing to define and prioritise the roadmap — while continuously identifying new market opportunities to expand the Marketplace's reach and revenue.
 Responsibilities
•    Be the face of PropertyMe's Marketplace in the market and "own" its vision, strategy and roadmap
•    Account manage and nurture relationships with all existing marketplace members
•    Coordinate resources across multiple teams to achieve Marketplace outcomes
•    Drive growth in marketplace membership and member-driven revenue
•    Identify, qualify and onboard new marketplace partners through targeted business development, research, visits and conversations with partners, customers and prospects
•    Coordinate requirements gathering from marketplace members, customers and stakeholders
•    Assist with product management functions for the Marketplace and its APIs, defining and refining the feature set with the Product team
•    Guide prioritisation of Marketplace API development — new functionality, enhancements, bug fixes and design changes
•    Communicate internally and externally on Marketplace items planned, in progress and completed
•    Manage the partner go-live process, including partner acceptance and beta programs
•    Work with Marketing to define go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, key benefits and target partners
•    Negotiate partner agreements within an approved framework, working with Legal on terms and data-handling obligations
•    Deliver Marketplace demonstrations and pitches, both internally and externally
•    Establish and maintain external relationships with partners, customers, market influencers and software vendors
•    Act as senior escalation point for partner and customer issues, and field enquiries on integrations, API capabilities and future plans
•    Represent PropertyMe at customer, member and industry events as the Marketplace evangelist
•    Identify future market opportunities and emerging integration categories, and track competing marketplaces to maintain leadership
 What you bring
Experience:

•    Handling commercial contract negotiations, partner onboarding and partner program management
•    Working with Product and Engineering teams, ideally in an Agile/SCRUM environment
•    A proven record of growing partner-driven revenue and building successful B2B partnerships
•    Exposure to Real Estate or Property Technology is advantageous
Knowledge & Skills
•    Understanding of API products, integration platforms and partner-driven ecosystems
•    Working knowledge of commercial contract structures, revenue share models and partner agreements
•    Strong commercial acumen — able to structure, negotiate and close partner agreements
•    Able to assess, quantify and flag commercial and member-related risks
•    Solid technology awareness and affinity with APIs, integrations and current technologies
•    Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent time management, with the ability to multi-task and work well in a team
 The benefits and perks
     • Job security working for one of Australia's leading PropTech companies
     • 3 days WFH (Hybrid work)
