Executive Assistant to two (2) Managing Directors.

  • Managing Directors (2) – key support

  • Support a team of approx. 16 staff

  • Ensuring the smooth and tactful handling of client queries and invoicing in a timely manner

  • processing Amex expenses in a timely manner

  • Supporting MDs and team with diary management, executive administrative support including filing, correspondence, diary management at a senior level, handling and screening of calls and maintaining the link between Managing Directors and team when Managing Directors are travelling or away from the office

  • Managing client functions, dinners and events;

  • Organisation of domestic and international travel arrangements and complex itineraries for MDs and team

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Sound experience at a senior or executive secretarial role within an investment banking or professional services environment;

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player with a flexible approach

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively; ability to expedite work tasks when required

  • Takes pride and ownership in all work undertakens

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Professional, polished outlook, phone manner and attitude
