As a Finance Analyst within our Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will help leaders make smarter decisions by turning data into actionable insights that drive business performance, growth, and investment. What You Will Do
  • Partner with finance and commercial leaders to understand evolving business priorities and translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decisions.
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting, adapting priorities to meet changing business needs and tight deadlines.
  • Support month-end close, forecasting cycles, annual budgets, and strategic planning activities while maintaining a high standard of financial accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and present concise financial narratives that enable leadership teams to take action.
  • Challenge assumptions through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and independent commercial insight, helping leaders evaluate business decisions and investment opportunities.
  • Manage reporting and analysis for bonus and commission programs, ensuring data integrity, accurate accruals, and meaningful performance insights across the business.
  • Build trusted partnerships across finance and operational teams by proactively identifying issues, responding to stakeholder needs, and driving solutions that support business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and analytical processes, enhancing efficiency, data quality, and decision-making capability.
What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • CA or CPA qualification completed or currently in progress.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, management accounting, or a related finance function.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis of large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience using Power BI or a similar business intelligence platform for reporting and dashboard development.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes in a corporate environment.
  • Experience preparing financial models and scenario analyses to support commercial or operational decision-making.
