  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Identify new business opportunities and position Circana’s solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage contracts, invoicing, renewals, and revenue targets
  • Lead and support client transformation initiatives by enabling adoption of Circana’s latest technology
  • Shape and support Circana’s go-to-market strategy, contributing to service positioning, client engagement models, and commercial execution

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in insights or category roles within FMCG, retail or market research
  • Experience in the liquor and or tobacco industry is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn scan and shopper data into clear recommendations
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • A consultative, client first mindset and a passion for building lasting partnerships
  • Commercial acumen with a natural ability to spot and unlock growth opportunities
  • Strong planning, project management and prioritisation skills, staying calm and focused in a fast paced environment

Circana Behaviours

As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviours sit at the core of our organisation. Therefore, we always look for people who can continuously champion these behaviours throughout the business within their day-to-day role:
