We are seeking an experienced strategic sales leader to manage and grow our Sydney based Business Development and Growth teams and help us expand our business across the ANZ region.
Reporting to the Director, Sales Development, you will be an important contributor to our sales leadership team, leading recruiting, pipeline generation / consumption growth strategy and constructive coaching for our Business Development and Growth Sales team members.
You will have experience driving pipeline generation, leading sales development teams and working with sales and marketing teams.
The impact you will have:
- Take the primary leadership role in building and scaling an outstanding team
- Support and shape the strategy for pipeline generation within ANZ
- Create innovative strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growth
- Manage your team's pipeline target and be active in coaching team members to be successful
- Work with cross - functional regional leaders to maximise the contribution of the team
- Analyze team performance and funnel data to identify and fix inefficiencies
What we look for:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Development manager with consistent overachievement against quota
- Experience in a quota carrying, end to end sales role with consistent overachievement against quota
- Experience growing a sales development team by recruiting and developing BDRs and ISRs, focused on giving people the training and support that they need to succeed
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Outreach.io, additional experience with other sales tools will be advantageous
- Experienced in sales processes focused around value selling, prospecting and opportunity qualification
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
- Passion for cloud, big data and AI
