As a Marketing Manager - Aged Care (B2C), you’ll be central to understanding the needs of this important customer segment and ensuring that our products, services and activities align to these needs. You’ll be a key connector, coordinating different functional teams to deliver product adoption plans and campaign initiatives that drive product adoption, usage, and community across multiple brands.
Working within the Customer Marketing team, you’ll be integral to refining the customer value proposition and ensuring all activities continually reinforce it. You’ll need to keep on top of a changing regulatory environment and incorporate the brand, customer segmentation, data analysis and industry insights to your thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our group of brands, including Mable and HomeMade, the customers that use them, and their service offerings.
- Design, implement and report on marketing strategies spanning from customer acquisition to retention and expansion across the Mable and HomeMade businesses.
- Be the business owner for the aged care customer value proposition. Ensure it is kept up-to-date and that messaging and channel strategy is defined and consistent.
- Understand the regulatory and competitor landscape of the aged care support sector and keep up to date with any changes and likely impact.
- Use customer needs to input into solution design and product development, Continue to feedback the customer insights you surface.
- Work closely with stakeholders in the aged care customer segment. Influence the development of product features in line with the CVP, coordinate product features and service line adoption plans and campaign activity across multiple functions, such as performance, web, lifecycle, as applicable.
- Engage with the aged care audience through events, webinars, and research to build community and increase platform stickiness.
- Create strategies that drive product adoption and growth, for example video educational assets to develop understanding of key features. Track, report and optimise the effectiveness of your strategies. Consider the audience to choose the best channels for this content.
- Be the champion of the overall aged care client experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or similar field
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar or related role
- Demonstrable experience of running product adoption activities, writing propositions and aligning with customer segments.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally to deliver shared objectives, including with Product teams
- Working knowledge of broader marketing skills, including video, lifecycle, web, brand.
- Strong time management, prioritisation and organisation skills.
- Experience optimising activities to ensure that key metrics are delivered, and reporting on those
- Proficient use of analytics tools to track performance and form recommendations.
- Prior experience of the Aged Care sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
