  • Brief and manage internal creative and content resources to ensure timely production of marketing assets
  • Maintain and update marketing content and collateral across channels and platforms

Cross-Functional Coordination & Project Delivery

  • Act as a central coordinator across Product, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creative, and Segment Marketing stakeholders to drive execution of key initiatives
  • Manage timelines, workflows, approvals, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to brand and compliance requirements
  • Drive momentum across internal teams by proactively following up actions, identifying risks, and resolving delivery issues
  • Support global marketing priorities and operational initiatives as required

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Monitor campaign and engagement performance metrics and assist with reporting and analysis
  • Use customer insights, campaign results, and behavioural data to identify opportunities for optimisation and improved execution
  • Contribute practical recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and launch delivery processes
