Stake is looking for a Product Designer to join us at our Bondi Junction HQ, with a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 WFH).

We’re an Australian investing platform that helps ambitious people confidently grow their wealth. By offering seamless, immersive access to the share markets, we’ve empowered a new wave of investors. At Stake, we break barriers in everything we do. Just like our customers, we’re driven by ambition. Our desire for continuous growth is what creates the collaborative and high-performance environment we work in. Though we’re spread around the world, we’re a unified team moving towards a shared vision: to unleash the investor in everyone.

Join us as we continue to reshape the financial industry, inspiring investor confidence and celebrating our wins along the way.

A bit about the role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join Stake and help shape the user experience across our award winning digital products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving design challenges, and is passionate about crafting intuitive and engaging interfaces.

  • Apply UI design solutions in alignment with Stake’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Work closely with our in-house Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design features that enhance user engagement and business growth.
  • Participate in design workshops, present solutions to stakeholders, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design outcomes.

A bit about you

  • Experience in UI/UX design, creating intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and working within a design system.
  • A strong collaborator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Passionate about user-centered design and staying up to date with industry trends.

At Stake, we value hustle over honours degrees, so we’re more interested in you than your resume. If you believe this is a role you want to jump into head first and be part of our mission, please apply and let us know why in your cover letter!
