Your Team
The Employer Super Product team, within the CFS Superannuation and Investments business unit, is responsible for the product management, development and delivery of First Choice Employer Super product, a superannuation product targeting employers and their employees.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting with the development and execution of product strategy. 

  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of key product development initiatives, from inception and business case through to implementation and transition to business ownership.

  • Act as the product lead and subject matter expert across specific initiatives related to product development changes.

  • Contributing to the end-to-end delivery of ad-hoc strategic projects. 

  • Drive collaboration across the various business areas and ensure an appropriate analysis of new regulatory or product development changes, drive impact assessment, and design appropriate business responses. 

  • Conducting research and analysis to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement. 

  • Working closely with key stakeholders across CFS to build and manage e.g. distribution, marketing, compliance and risk, funds management, operations, and technology teams.

  • Assisting in the management of all aspects of product management throughout the product lifecycle, including product enhancements, ongoing regulatory compliance, product collateral and digital content.

  • Contributing to the end-to-end delivery of ad-hoc strategic projects. 

  • Ensuring full awareness and compliance with all financial regulations. 

  • Comply with internal risk management and compliance policies and procedures.

Your Capability and Experience

  • Proven experience in financial services industry

  • Good understanding of the regulatory and competitive environment in which CFS’s investment products operate.

  • Demonstrated experience in building good working relationships with stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and sound judgment.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance or a related field is desirable
