We are now seeking a Specialist Representative (Product Specialist) to join our team. You will be instrumental in launching two key biosimilar brands and shaping their success in the market.

Job Description
About the Role:
Ideally based in Sydney, you will be responsible for promoting our bio portfolio to Ophthalmologists and Neurologists across NSW and initially Tasmania. Your ability to build trusted relationships and execute targeted engagement plans will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth across specialist accounts and hospital clinics.
Build strong, enduring relationships with key opinion leaders, prescribers and their multidisciplinary teams.
Execute territory business plans aligned with national strategy.
Deliver engaging, value-driven presentations that highlight the real-world patient impact of our therapies and support specialist decision-making.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide timely insights from the field.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and hospital teams.
Report and address technical complaints, adverse events, and special cases promptly.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven success in previous specialist sales or related roles.
Experience as a Specialist Representative or Medical Science Liaison is highly desirable
An established network within the target customer group will also be valued.
Strong communication, influencing, and business acumen skills.
Excellent customer service
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex market dynamics and develop effective strategies.
Self-motivation, organisation and the ability to manage a large geographical territory.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, science, pharmacy, or a related field
Willingness to travel across Queensland and interstate.
