Profile Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, or a customer-focused environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and clients.
- Experience using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and online sourcing tools is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with the ability to identify suitable talent for a variety of roles.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to achieving recruitment targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with recruitment platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.
Core responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate placements.
- Advertise job vacancies across various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone, video, and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for available roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, recruitment priorities, and workforce needs.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate recruitment data.
- Proactively source passive candidates through networking, databases, referrals, and professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for successful candidates into their new roles.
