Your Team
The Sales CRM Manager sits within the Sales Performance Team in the broader Sales Strategy and Adviser Services team in Distribution. The Sales Performance team sits at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial strategy – providing the insights, CRM enablement, and decision support that help Distribution leaders and sales teams focus on what matters and grow with confidence.
This role reports to the Director, Sales Performance and liaises with sales leaders and their teams from the Platforms and Investments teams as well as other key stakeholders across the business.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform owner for the Distribution team — managing system configuration, overseeing enhancement requests, and acting as the primary point of contact for the sales team on all CRM-related matters
- Own CRM data governance, including data quality standards, hygiene practices, and structural conventions, ensuring the integrity of data that underpins reporting and commercial decision-making
- Design, build, and continuously improve sales performance reporting across Dynamics 365 and Power BI, proactively identifying opportunities for new report development and ensuring leadership has timely, reliable visibility of performance
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis to support the setting of Distribution strategic plans and the execution of tactical sales campaigns, with a focus on early identification of opportunities and emerging risks to growth
- Drive CRM adoption across the sales team through the design and delivery of structured training programs, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing capability uplift as the platform evolves
- Ensure campaigns are effectively configured and tracked within the CRM, with clear reporting in place to monitor performance and measure effectiveness against objectives
Identify and implement improvements across the platform stack — including Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 — to drive greater integration, efficiency, and commercial impact for the sales team
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven success in a sales performance, CRM management, or sales operations role, ideally within wealth management or financial services.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including system configuration, customisation, and data model/Dataverse fundamentals — experience across additional Dynamics modules (e.g. Customer Insights, Marketing) will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience owning CRM data governance, including data quality standards, hygiene practices, and field-level conventions that underpin reliable reporting
- Strong Power BI capability, with experience building and maintaining sales performance dashboards and translating data into actionable commercial insights
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders through data and insights
- Experience in sales planning, pipeline management, and commercial forecasting using CRM data as a primary input
