Profile Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in sales administration, customer support, e-commerce, order processing, or a related administrative role.
- E-Commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce operations, online orders, product catalogs, shipping processes, returns, and customer service workflows.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and other online business tools.
- Organization & Accuracy: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, data-entry, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a professional customer-service mindset, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Core responsibilities:
- Sales Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining customer records, updating sales information, preparing reports, and organizing documentation.
- Order Management: Process, monitor, and update customer orders, ensuring accurate order details, pricing, shipping information, and status updates across e-commerce platforms.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and general sales questions through email, chat, or other digital channels.
- Sales Coordination: Assist sales representatives with quotes, invoices, product information, order follow-ups, and customer communications to help move sales opportunities forward.
- E-Commerce Platform Support: Maintain accurate product, inventory, pricing, and customer information within the company’s e-commerce and sales systems.
- Order & Issue Resolution: Coordinate with fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, and other internal teams to resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, returns, and customer concerns.
- Reporting & Data Entry: Maintain spreadsheets, sales trackers, customer databases, and other records while preparing basic sales and operational reports as needed.
- Follow-Up & General Support: Track outstanding customer and sales requests, follow up on pending orders or opportunities, and provide general administrative support to improve sales team efficiency.
