Profile Requirements:
- Minimum 2.5 years' of Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, lead management, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong business writing skills with the ability to draft professional customer responses and proposals.
- Experience managing a high volume of email and online enquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence identifying and prioritising commercially valuable opportunities.
- Experience using CRM platforms and maintaining accurate sales pipeline data.
- Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills, particularly Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with an onshore sales team.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on responsiveness, customer experience, and follow-through
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all inbound sales enquiries received via email, website, and other online channels.
- Qualify inbound enquiries and identify customer requirements, opportunity value, urgency, and next steps.
- Escalate high-value or strategic sales opportunities to the appropriate onshore sales resource for follow-up.
- Independently respond to and manage standard sales enquiries using approved information, pricing, and processes.
- Draft, prepare, and coordinate sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity information within the CRM and ensure the sales pipeline remains up to date.
- Track outstanding enquiries and proposals, coordinating follow-ups to ensure opportunities continue progressing.
- Provide broader sales administration support, including reporting, documentation, internal coordination, and general support to the onshore sales team.
