The Role: Senior Designer

The Designer is a global role responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality, brand consistent creative solutions that support the company’s strategic objectives across all markets.

Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing creative assets across a range of channels and maintaining brand integrity across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously evolve and improve global design guidelines and translate global brand initiatives and standards into scalable, adaptable templates that can be efficiently localised for regional use.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end creative assets across print, point of sale (POS), store graphics, and environmental retail design, including long-term POS programs, store vinyls, and permanent in-store executions.
  • Create high-impact, engaging video and motion content for in-store digital screens, social platforms, and digital advertising, ensuring strong storytelling, cut-through, and brand consistency.
  • Lead the design of short-term promotional campaigns and brand advertising across digital, programmatic, social, and video platforms (including YouTube, TikTok, paid social, and display).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying timelines, from long-range retail programs to fast-turn promotional and advertising work, while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Excellent book of prior recent work, showing strong and contemporary design opinion, brand consistency and creative approach across print, digital and video.
  • Strong expertise in print design, point-of-sale (POS), store graphics, and environmental retail design, including large-format applications, vinyls, and in-store signage.
  • Advanced capability in motion design and video creation for digital screens, social platforms, and advertising, with a clear understanding of pacing, storytelling, and engagement.
  • Proven ability to design for short-term promotions and always-on brand advertising, balancing speed, impact, and brand consistency.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising formats and platforms, including programmatic display, paid social, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
  • Highly skilled in developing global templates, toolkits, and modular asset systems that enable efficient localisation and scalable execution across markets.
  • High level of proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro; Figma or equivalent).
  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates conceptual thinking and campaign development, from idea to execution.
