The Opportunity
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team.
This role is hands-on, with a strong focus on incident management and breach reporting, alongside broader compliance activities.
You’ll work closely with senior managers and the wider team to ensure regulatory excellence and practical risk management.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compliance, you’ll play a key role in:
- Managing incidents and breach reporting processes end-to-end.
- Assessing incidents for materiality and regulatory reportability (including ASIC).
- Supporting investigations, remediation, and regulatory disclosures.
- Maintaining accurate incident and compliance records.
- Managing compliance and fund attestations.
- Coordinating and tracking the compliance monitoring program.
- Maintaining and updating compliance policies and registers.
- Supporting compliance systems, including ongoing improvements.
- Providing practical compliance advice to the business.
- Contributing to reporting for senior leaders, committees, and boards.
About You

- Experience in a compliance role within financial services, ideally with AFSL and managed investment scheme exposure.
- Hands-on incident management and breach reporting experience (highly desirable).
- Background in property, funds management, or real assets is an advantage.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable in follow-through.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and translating regulatory requirements into actionable steps.
- Confident producing clear, concise compliance reporting and documentation.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic team environment.
