As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Sydney office, providing a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and employees. You’ll manage the front desk, answer and direct calls, and support our national phone line and shared inbox.

 

This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Sydney office please note due to the nature of this role, you will need to work in the office 5 days per week.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience.
  • Answer and direct calls through the national phone line, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently.
  • Monitor and respond to general enquiries received through the national shared inbox.
  • Support the day-to-day operation of reception and front-of-house services, including meeting rooms, visitors and general office enquiries.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider Building Services team as required.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience as a receptionist or similar role.
  • Full Australian working rights without restriction.
  • Excellent phone manner & attention to detail.
  • The ability to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems, with attention for accuracy, spelling and grammar and an excellent eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
