Enterprise Delivery sits within CFS's Transformation, Technology & Operations division, shaping project delivery across the organisation. The team plays a key role in delivering CFS's strategic priorities and business transformation initiatives. Key focus areas include adviser and customer growth, partner expansion, and driving retirement solutions. The Senior Business Analyst reports to the Principal Business Analyst and supports successful project outcomes across CFS.

This role is a 6 month contract role with a view to extend. 

Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis activities across projects and delivery streams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and identify solutions.
  • Analyse business challenges, assess options, and provide recommendations to guide decisions.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across priorities, risks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate complex business and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Support solution delivery, change management, and implementation to achieve business outcomes.
Qualifications

Mandatory:

  • Must have Wealth Management and Superannuation experience
  • Strong business analysis capability across requirements elicitation, story mapping, business process modelling, use case modelling, and non-functional requirements analysis.
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops and collaborating across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience working in large, complex environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Industry qualifications (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years' Business Analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and executives.

Desirable:

  • Experience with a variety of project lifecycle approaches, including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies, and the techniques relevant to each.
  • Experience leveraging emerging tools (e.g. AI-assisted analysis) to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes.
  • Experience with Managed Investment Schemes (MIS) and their tax treatment is highly desirable
  • Experience with Design and Distribution obligations is highly desirable
