Serve as a pre-sales technical advisor for enterprise customers adopting Claude across Australia. Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements, design scalable AI architectures, develop evaluation frameworks, deliver technical presentations, and guide customers from discovery through deployment. Support Claude API and Claude for Work integrations, identify reusable implementation patterns, and communicate AI capabilities to executives and technical teams. Occasional customer-site travel is required.

Drive enterprise adoption of Anthropic’s AI products across Australia and New Zealand, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Build strategic relationships, acquire new accounts, expand existing accounts, negotiate complex agreements, and exceed revenue targets. Develop industry-specific go-to-market strategies, craft tailored AI solutions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, influence the product roadmap, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.

Build Anthropic’s relationships with communities surrounding Australian data centres across site selection, construction, and operations. Develop engagement strategies, coalitions, listening sessions, and community benefits; represent the company at public forums and media events; monitor local sentiment and political dynamics; coordinate charitable and economic development commitments; and create scalable engagement processes. The role partners with infrastructure, energy, sustainability, communications, policy, and real estate teams and requires travel up to 50% of the time.
