As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, assist with the allocation of IT assets, respond to and document IT queries, maintain IT security policies, and support new recruits with IT hardware and access. You will also work on various IT projects as directed by management.

The Desktop Support Engineer will provide on-site IT support for the Sydney team, focusing on device management, onboarding/offboarding procedures, hardware troubleshooting for macOS and Windows systems, and managing internal SaaS applications.
