Own expansion and retention for Vanta’s APJ customer accounts. Serve as the primary contact for post-sale commercial conversations, including upsells and renewals. Build trusted customer relationships, identify expansion opportunities, manage sales cycles, negotiate deals, forecast revenue and churn, maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene, and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement, Support, and solution experts.
