Translate customer needs into plans, use data to measure outcomes, and ensure high-quality, continuous improvement across multiple concurrent accounts.

Lead presales engagement across APAC for Financials opportunities in Education and Local Government. Shape customer vision, design demonstrations, run workshops, influence solution strategy, support bids, and engage executive stakeholders to position Civica as a trusted GovTech partner.
