Leads high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution. Partners with the COO and senior stakeholders to structure ambiguous problems, manage complex programs, coordinate workstreams, analyze operational and commercial data, track risks and dependencies, and ensure new processes and systems are launch-ready. The role requires influencing teams without formal authority, maintaining project governance, communicating executive updates, and delivering initiatives across customer success, product, engineering, finance, legal, partnerships, and revenue operations.

The Senior HR Business Partner will advise Product, Technology, and Customer leaders on people strategy, talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations, wellbeing, reward, organizational design, change management, and workforce transformations. The role includes coaching managers, using people analytics, supporting global People Team initiatives, and fostering an inclusive employee experience in a fast-paced, matrixed technology environment.
