Own and grow a portfolio of B2B clients by driving revenue, retention and platform adoption across FX, international payments and risk management. Build relationships with decision-makers, execute a commercial playbook, expand client value, and support business development through early engagement.

Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to the GTM sales team: book deals, track client information, support payments and settlements, coordinate account/user setup, prepare reports, and liaise with internal teams to resolve client and operational issues.

Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers across NSW and QLD to build pipelines of SME, corporate and blue‑chip clients. Develop and execute GTM and strategic sales plans, set and report KPIs, coach and hire staff, negotiate high‑value deals, leverage market data and CRM tools (Salesforce) to identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth and client retention in the FX and international payments market.
