Provides technical client support and relationship management for trading platforms. Responsibilities include gathering workflow requirements, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with development and QA teams, deploying patches, documenting root causes, designing technical solutions, automating maintenance with scripts, onboarding FIX connections, and implementing FX liquidity providers. The role requires client-facing communication, trading technology expertise, and occasional shift, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Provide technical, client-facing support for FlexTrade trading systems: gather business requirements, troubleshoot and resolve issues end-to-end, coordinate with development and QA, publish RCAs, onboard FIX connections, and build scripts/tools (shell, Python, Perl, C++) to implement solutions while managing client relationships and expectations.
