Design, run and analyse experiments to evaluate product and service value drivers. Collaborate with engineers to automate data collection, improve experimentation frameworks, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.

Lead a cross-functional Ops squad to define and deliver a squad roadmap, operationalise new features, use data to drive improvements, manage stakeholder relationships, and support resourcing, onboarding and verification processes to improve operational performance and customer outcomes.

Partner with Sales to drive product adoption and retention for recruitment customers. Use data to identify growth and retention risks, deliver training/workshops, consult on recruitment strategy, and feed customer insights to Product and Commercial teams to maximise customer value.
