Work directly with founders to drive zero-to-one strategic projects for a finance super app: market entry, licensing, partnerships, operations, and cross-functional execution. Research markets and regulations, create structured plans, trackers, memos, and operating documents, and own urgent business problems through to resolution.

Run full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and regions: take briefs, source (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals), screen, interview, manage ATS, build pipelines, close roles quickly, and improve hiring processes and employer brand.

Manage high-volume recruitment admin: screen CVs to criteria, move candidates across stages, schedule interviews, follow up on availability/documents/feedback, maintain trackers, and send daily pipeline reports to reduce hiring backlogs.

Build production AI agents, LLM apps, RAG and retrieval-based systems, tool-calling and automations for fintech workflows (onboarding, KYC, risk, CRM). Ship, evaluate, and improve reliable AI-enabled systems with product and engineering teams, addressing latency, cost, security and compliance.
