Manage and develop Business Development and Relationship Manager teams, build strategic partnerships, represent the company at industry events, and provide market insights to inform product and growth strategy. The role requires strong commercial asset finance expertise, established broker relationships, and a proven record of sales leadership and growth.

Own portfolio performance and pricing strategy across personal loans and consumer automotive finance. Analyze volume, margin, risk, returns, customer cohorts, and lending economics; build pricing, profitability, and commercial models; evaluate policy, AI, and automation opportunities; and provide recommendations to senior executives. Collaborate with Product, Risk, Treasury, Finance, and Distribution to improve growth, profitability, and portfolio returns.
