Partners globally with analytics, MarTech, IT, journey production, and regional marketing stakeholders to strengthen campaign effectiveness and operational consistency.

Manage APAC logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, returns, distribution, freight-provider relationships, resource planning, and service administration. Implement policies, KPIs, and continuous-improvement initiatives across Sydney operations and seven APAC distribution organizations. Develop logistics strategies, optimize processes using ERP and logistics technology, manage external partners, and coach the logistics team to support regional growth and customer-service objectives.

Owns site-level Manufacturing Execution System implementation, configuration, support, validation, and continuous improvement.
