Manage and improve Workday People Systems, including configuration, governance, reporting, dashboards, security administration, process design, and user support. Partner with stakeholders on digital strategy, system enhancements, change requests, and technology implementations. Create learning resources, maintain SharePoint content, and train People teams and managers. This is a six-month parental leave contract based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid work options.

Manage end-to-end permanent impairment claims for workers compensation agencies, ensuring compliance with NSW legislation, regulations, guidelines, quality measures, and timeframes. Provide technical and legal support for disputes and litigation, attend hearings and conciliations, and maintain effective relationships with clients, legal providers, and stakeholders. The role requires claims management experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of permanent impairment benefits and Personal Injury Commission dispute determinations.

Manage a portfolio of non-significant workers compensation claims: review and analyse claims, develop and monitor Claims Management Plans, forecast and implement return-to-work strategies, and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies to achieve timely, durable RTW outcomes.

Develop and maintain workforce forecasting models using claims volumes, workloads, caseloads, and attrition data. Analyze trends, monitor forecast accuracy, identify workforce risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leaders and stakeholders. The role also supports workforce optimization and continuous improvement within a workers compensation and personal injury claims management organization.

Manage a portfolio of physical and psychological workers' compensation and personal injury claims end-to-end: determine liability, coordinate treatment and payments, facilitate case conferences, liaise with injured workers, employers and providers, and support recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
