Provide first-level technical support for Peritoneal Dialysis devices, software, connectivity, and related equipment through multiple communication channels. Supervise IFRS 15 revenue accounting operations, including complex contract assessments, transaction price allocation, journal entries, reconciliations, financial close, audits, and SAP RAR reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve revenue recognition issues, improve processes and controls, and provide technical guidance to team members.

Provide expert support for Account-to-Report operations including review and approval of complex transactions, ensure GAAP compliance, identify and drive process improvements, manage issue resolution and internal controls, serve as audit contact, update SOPs, and contribute to leadership and stabilization of R2R processes.

Ensures accurate revenue recognition under IFRS 15 by validating contracts and business designs in SAP RAR, interpreting performance obligations, determining transaction prices, allocating revenue, preparing journal entries, reconciling deferred and accrued revenue, managing contract modifications, posting legacy adjustments, and supporting audits and financial close activities.

Implement and support SAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC): develop closing templates and tasks, gather requirements, support testing and data validation, provide day-to-day AFC user and month/quarter/year-end closing support, and drive process improvements and system rollouts.
