Supports DUAL ANZ's compliance framework through monitoring, control testing, governance reporting, incident and breach management, financial crime compliance, regulatory change, third-party risk, and policy development. The role translates regulatory obligations into practical processes and controls, advises stakeholders, tracks remediation, and contributes to ongoing compliance maturity and assurance activities.

Maintain and enhance the ARMS compliance framework, conduct assurance reviews and control testing, manage breaches and remediation, prepare governance reports, monitor regulatory changes, and advise stakeholders on practical risk-based compliance solutions. The role also supports policies, procedures, registers, business processes, regulatory reporting, and compliance education across a regulated insurance and financial services environment.

Provides high-level executive support to a Chief Underwriting Officer, coordinating schedules, priorities, projects, carrier engagement, reporting, presentations, and workplace initiatives. The role requires managing competing priorities, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, communicating complex information clearly, and working independently with discretion in a fast-paced environment.
