Design, build and support highly available, secure database platforms across SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Azure. Drive cloud transformation, automation, CI/CD and IaC, optimize performance, manage incidents, mentor peers, and collaborate with architects and delivery teams to deliver resilient, scalable database services.

Leads mortgage portfolio optimisation and pricing strategy to drive profitable growth, improve margins and return on equity, reduce attrition, and increase customer lifetime value. The role forecasts portfolio and revenue performance, applies advanced analytics and lifecycle modelling, develops executive business cases, and influences senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations. It requires strong banking product and portfolio economics expertise, advanced analytical skills, and experience in mortgage pricing or related financial services disciplines.

Provides independent second-line oversight and challenge across technology, data, cyber, information security, operational resilience, and AI risks. Partners with senior stakeholders during transformation initiatives, embeds risk frameworks, reviews controls and remediation, monitors regulatory and emerging risks, leads thematic reviews and assurance activities, and strengthens risk-aware culture across the bank.

Work within data-led teams to analyze large customer, campaign, and digital datasets, build and optimize SQL queries and analytical tables, measure campaign and digital sales performance, deliver actionable insights and recommendations, and partner with stakeholders to influence customer experience and commercial outcomes.
