The role manages large technology teams, vendors, budgets, reliability, resilience, and transformation initiatives while partnering with executives, business leaders, architecture, cybersecurity, and risk teams. It owns platform outcomes, operational improvement, customer experience, and alignment with broader technology and business strategy.

Leads nib Group’s first-line IT Risk & Controls function, establishing technology risk ownership, governance, control processes, assurance readiness and reporting. Advises executives on technology, cyber and operational risks; oversees controls across cybersecurity, resilience, information management, third parties, change and operations; coordinates compliance evidence, issue remediation and risk treatment. The role also builds a mature risk culture and enables secure, resilient innovation across Technology & Transformation.

Leads nib’s enterprise systems portfolio across Finance, People and Culture, Risk, Legal and shared services. Responsibilities include technology strategy and roadmaps, platform modernisation, delivery, operational resilience, governance, vendor and budget management, automation, risk management, and high-performing team leadership. The role partners with senior executives to align enterprise applications with business priorities and improve employee and stakeholder experiences.
