Serve as primary front-office client contact for Alpha clients, triaging and resolving Front/Middle Office operational queries, managing SLAs, supporting client onboarding and change requests, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and maintain OMS/IBOR accuracy.

Implement, test, certify, configure and support FIX connections for Charles River Network clients. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, coordinate with clients, internal teams and vendors, perform broker compatibility testing/certification, maintain network services databases and documentation, provide periodic off-hours support, escalate complex issues to senior staff, and perform occasional on-site work.

Lead CRIMS implementations: gather and analyze client requirements, configure and tune the system, train users, test workflows, resolve defects, support go-live, advise on best practices, assist sales/proof-of-concepts, and document enhancement requests.
