Manage day-to-day CRM and MyLindt Rewards loyalty activity across Retail Stores and eShop: design and execute email and loyalty campaigns, build audience segments, support automated lifecycle journeys, track and report CRM performance, maintain CRM systems and data quality, liaise with IT and stores, and drive member acquisition and retention.
