As a Customer Success Manager, you'll guide clients to adopt and maximize the value of Harvey's AI solutions, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through training, documentation, and process creation.

Serve as the primary escalation for complex technical support issues for an AI/ML product. Manage high-volume, high-impact tickets, lead customer calls, reproduce and track bugs with Engineering/Product, mentor peers, improve documentation and playbooks, and surface patterns to drive product and operational improvements.

Lead the Customer Success team in APAC, drive adoption and retention for enterprise clients, and develop regional success strategies.
