The founding APAC SMB Sales Manager will build and lead a high-performing Account Executive team in Sydney. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, forecasting revenue, maintaining pipeline accuracy, achieving ARR targets, developing sales playbooks, closing new business, and creating scalable sales processes. The role partners cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success while using data to improve team performance and prioritize accounts.

Work with lawyers at prospective and current customers to discover workflow pain points, demonstrate tailored product solutions, translate customer feedback into product direction, partner with product/engineering/sales to shape roadmap, build lawyer-focused demos and workflows, and strengthen Harvey's presence in the APAC legal tech market.

Serve as a technical escalation lead for major APAC enterprise customers, triaging and resolving high-severity issues, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining account context, leading incident communications, documenting root causes, and building escalation playbooks and runbooks tailored to APAC.

Own a named book of mid-market ANZ accounts and drive full sales cycle adoption of Harvey's AI platform: prospecting, demos, contracting, onboarding, expansion, and renewals while collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success to tailor solutions and hit revenue targets.

Serve as an experienced lawyer who designs, builds, and delivers bespoke AI-powered legal workflows on the Harvey platform for APAC clients. Scope requirements, configure custom solutions, support adoption and account expansion, and translate customer insights into product direction and regional enablement materials.
