Lead strategic and operational HR for Australia across corporate and retail: manage recruitment/onboarding, payroll and statutory compliance, employee relations and dispute support, HRIS accuracy and process standardization, performance and talent management, and maintain Australian policy compliance (Modern Awards, NES, Fair Work). Partner with store managers, external payroll providers and legal counsel to implement HR systems and drive career development.
