Lead design and implementation of a firm-wide client and engagement acceptance framework. Develop governance, policies, workflows, risk assessment criteria and onboarding systems; prepare submissions for acceptance panels; monitor risks and trends; coordinate with Legal, AML, ERM and service line leaders; deliver guidance, training and stakeholder support to ensure compliant, consistent onboarding decisions.

Lead Finance Operations as the CFO's operational partner, overseeing AP, AR and payroll. Drive governance, risk management, process improvement, automation and scalable operating models. Manage and develop the finance operations team, implement system and process changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, service quality and aligned resource planning to support firm growth.

Lead and deliver technology risk and assurance engagements (ITGC, application controls, automated processes). Lead BDO Australia's national learning strategy, design and deliver capability pathways, govern L&D processes and reporting, advise senior stakeholders, drive compliance and commercial alignment, introduce innovative learning approaches (including AI), build the L&D service catalogue, and lead a high-performing L&D team.

Partner with stakeholders to identify non-technical capability needs and design capability frameworks, learning pathways, and blended programs. Engage SMEs, oversee learner experience, monitor engagement and outcomes, and provide insights and reporting to inform investment and improvement.

Provide corporate and international tax advisory and compliance for medium to large clients, working closely with partners on Australian and cross-border tax matters, performing research, analysis, and client-facing work within a collaborative team.
