Lead the execution of the Freight Process Excellence strategy, coach leaders in continuous improvement, and drive operational excellence within Qantas Freight.

Monitor and report on technology compliance and IT risk; partner with product, cyber and delivery teams to embed compliance into BAU and projects; maintain compliance registers and reporting; prepare evidence for internal and external audits; coordinate remediation actions and update stakeholders and governance forums.
