Lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and technology projects on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Own planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk and change control; coordinate cross-functional teams; ensure compliance with PLP and governance; support bids/tenders; manage customer and contractual obligations; drive handovers and continuous improvement.

Develops and executes strategic marketing programs across the APAC region, aligning regional initiatives with global objectives and commercial goals. Responsibilities include channel marketing, demand generation, brand compliance, localized content, trade shows, customer events, market intelligence, campaign performance analysis, product launches, and sales enablement. The role partners closely with sales, distributors, global marketing, and cross-functional teams while supporting regional growth and market share.
