Manages Accounts Payable operations by coordinating with internal stakeholders and offshore partners, improving processes and controls, maintaining KPI dashboards, analyzing performance data, and supporting standardized workflows and change initiatives. The role requires experience with high-volume invoice processing, payment cycles, reconciliations, month-end activities, supplier management, SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and advanced Excel reporting.

Analyzes inventory data and financial transactions, resolves variances, performs month-end accounting and balance sheet reconciliations, prepares reporting, and identifies process improvements. The role collaborates with stakeholders to investigate discrepancies, implement financial processes, and maintain accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

Lead ALDI's tax compliance and reporting across income tax, GST/BAS and FBT. Manage filings, tax accounting, and data provision for audits and advisors. Drive tax technology, automation, process improvements and governance. Build stakeholder relationships, ensure legislative compliance, and support continuous improvement across the Tax team.
