Lead and govern AMP's finance technology platforms supporting Group Finance, Treasury and corporate functions. Oversee production support, platform performance, upgrades, regulatory compliance, technology risk and vendor/partner teams. Drive optimisation, automation and strategic platform improvements while balancing operational excellence, stakeholder management and service delivery in a regulated financial services environment.

First point of contact for employee and leader People enquiries. Manage People Help Desk, prepare employment documentation, maintain Oracle HCM records, support performance/conduct and workforce transition activities, resolve payroll queries, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Lead tax strategy, governance and compliance for Platforms (superannuation, IDPS, managed portfolios). Provide commercial tax advice to senior stakeholders, manage ATO/regulatory engagement, oversee tax reporting and controls, drive regulatory change implementation, and build a high-performing tax team to strengthen tax risk management and reporting capabilities.

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will ensure the stability of AMP's finance platforms, support critical accounting processes, drive improvements, and strengthen control frameworks within the finance systems.

Lead security architecture for AMP's cloud, data and AI platforms across AWS and Azure. Embed Secure-by-Design practices, define reusable security patterns, select controls, and advise engineering and business leaders to ensure secure, scalable, and regulatory-aligned solutions.

Owns major incident management and resolution for AMP's digital banking and mobile platforms. Leads investigations, coordinates engineering and vendors, improves observability and monitoring, drives reliability and automation, and partners with product and business stakeholders to reduce customer impact and prevent recurring issues.

Lead risk, compliance and control activities for the Platforms business, ensuring material risks are managed within appetite. Provide oversight, reporting and insight to executives and the Board, perform risk and compliance assessments, manage incidents and regulatory notifications, maintain compliance plans (including superannuation and managed investments), and enable business change through control reviews, training and stakeholder engagement.
