Conduct equity research and valuation of Australian REITs and real estate markets. Build financial models, projections, valuations, and databases; analyze market data, economic forces, and company developments; prepare research reports and sector updates; provide investment opinions; and develop relationships with REIT management teams, institutional investors, and private-market contacts. The role also requires occasional travel to investor days, conferences, and property tours.
